Detailed review of Connect EZ services
I recently implemented Connect EZ's CRM Telephony Integration with our Salesforce instance and also tried out the Click-to-Dial Browser Extension. The ordering process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear pricing tiers on their website. Integration with Salesforce took a couple of days to get right, mostly on our end with internal configurations, but the Connect EZ team provided good technical support, especially for the API calls. The Browser Extension is simple but effective, making outbound calls much faster for our sales team. Call quality has been consistently clear. The Real-time Call Analytics dashboard is a nice touch, giving us good oversight. My main feedback would be that some of the advanced features in the Enterprise platform require a bit of a learning curve, but once understood, they are powerful. Overall, a solid offering for corporate communication.

We just integrated the In-App Voice Calling API and it's fantastic! The Developer Documentation was really clear and made the whole process smooth. Our users love the new feature. This is exactly what we needed to improve our app's communication. Will definitely be using Connect EZ for future projects!
Easy to use, good experience
Needed a Business Phone System for the office. Went with Connect EZ. It was pretty easy to get started with. The Virtual Phone Numbers worked right away. Had a quick question about setting up the Inbound Call Routing, and their support got back to me fast. Everything just kinda worked which was nice. Good experience.
Good service, quick setup
I set up the Corporate Telephony Service for our small business. It was pretty straightforward, took us about 3 days to get everything configured with our existing phones. The Inbound Call Routing works as advertised, no dropped calls so far. My only minor complaint is that the documentation for the Cloud PBX Integration could be a bit clearer in some sections, but support helped me out. Overall, good value for the features.
